It’s always fun to see a Subaru Tribeca drive by the headquarters of The New York Sun, which, of course, is in TriBeCa.
The same goes for spotting a Buick Park Avenue or a Chrysler Fifth Avenue in those fashionable uptown neighborhoods.
Automakers want the right people buying their cars, and geographical names often lend a hand in those marketing efforts. It’s no wonder that upscale soccer moms in the trendy streets of TriBeCa have flocked to Subaru’s smart-looking crossover sport utility since its debut three years ago.
