Cocaine Case Ruling Clarifies Drug Law

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court yesterday sorted out unclear language in a federal antidrug law in favor of prosecutors, ruling against a man who faces a 13-year prison term in a cocaine case. In a unanimous decision, the justices let federal prosecutors to use a previous drug conviction in state court in South Carolina.
