An Upper West Side woman is suing a Midtown spa, claiming that her face was left scarred following a laser treatment last March.
Paulette Miller alleges in legal papers filed yesterday in Manhattan Supreme Court that a technician at The Skin Spa identified only as “Lillia” misapplied treatment gel then scraped “too hard” at her “face with a wood spatula.”
Ms. Miller is seeking unspecified damages and attorneys fees. A lawyer for Ms. Miller, Joshua Fogel, said he could not comment. Calls to the spa weren’t immediately returned.
