A man was found dead in Park Slope yesterday after apparently taking his own life with poison. His wife found the body.

Police were called to the home of Robert Siegel, 65, at 401 4th St. after he was found dead by his wife at about 7:30 a.m., police said. In the room where Siegel’s body was found, investigators discovered a liquid that a hazardous materials team later identified as cyanide, police said.

A suicide note was found near Siegel’s body, police sources said.
