Norman Is Free On $160,000 Bond

The former head of the Democratic party in Brooklyn, Clarence Norman Jr., will remain free on a $160,000 bond, pending his appeal of three criminal convictions.
An appellate court in Brooklyn ruled yesterday that Norman did not need to begin his prison term immediately.
Norman faces up to nine years in prison.
