Police are searching for the bodies of two people whom a suspect yesterday confessed to killing and dismembering in the Bronx, police said.

Lamar Platt, 24, told investigators that he killed a 44-year-old female victim and 22-year-old male victim, with whom it is believed he was related, police said. Police were informed today that the female victim was missing by her mother, who police sources said had come to New York from Washington D.C. after not hearing from her daughter since November 18.

While the bodies have yet to be found, Mr. Platt is being charged with murder in the second degree, police said.
