Prosecutor Bans Wedding Photographer

A wedding photographer who left behind a trail of empty photo albums and broken contracts has been banned from the photography business, Attorney General Cuomo announced yesterday.
Mr. Cuomo had accused an Ontario County woman, Karen Record, of failing to deliver the wedding photographs for which her customers had paid. The attorney general’s office received more than 30 complaints against Ms. Record’s photography business.
