POLISH COLLECTION An exhibit at Ubu Gallery includes more than 60 rare drawings by the Polish painter, writer, and photographer Stanislaw Ignacy Witkiewicz (1885-1939). The works were made in the 1930s, when the artist created grotesque, half-human creatures in fantastic landscapes. Through Saturday, April 22, Tuesday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Ubu Gallery, 416 E. 59th St., between York and First avenues, 212-753-4444, free.


CELEBRATE SCOTLAND As part of the weeklong Tartan Week festivities, Anthology Film Archives offers a series of free film screenings on Scottish themes.
