This 22-story building will have only 14 luxury units, ranging between $795,000 and $4.7 million. Robert Scarano, who designed a glass and metal addition on top of 110 York St. and the Manhattan Park Condos in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn, is the architect. The building will feature an outdoor swimming pool and deck, gated driveway and garage with three, $175,000 parking spots, and a part-time doorman. The first three floors will likely have retail space. The building will contain one studio apartment with a terrace, three one-bedrooms, one two-bedroom with a wraparound terrace, and nine two-bedroom spaces, including one with a private roof space.

The building features an elevator, storage spaces for each unit, granite counter tops, mosaic glass, and stainless steel appliances. The one-bedrooms start at $272,000 and the two-bedrooms start at $615,000. The building has a 412a tax abatement and is located near the Classon Avenue ‘G’ stop.
