Republicans in the Senate are moving swiftly to rewrite the language of their $70 billion immigration enforcement and ballroom funding bill after the U.S. Senate’s parliamentarian ruled over the weekend that the language of key parts of the bill do not comply with rules that would enable Republicans to pass the legislation without Democratic support.
