Women’s spring and winter essentials are 80% off, while Mr. Johnson, a line of men’s shirts, is marked down 40% at this cash-only event.

Donna Karan has emptied her personal closets and savvy shoppers get the benefit at the first annual studio sale to raise money and awareness for her community action charity, Urban Zen Initiative. Ms. Karan is selling a wide range of personal items from her home — vintage clothes, antiques, photographs, jewelry, furniture, and more. Prices are in the $20–$2,000 range.
