‘Zelle Me Or I Will Send The Video Out’: Blackmailer Makes Cash Threat To Pause Him From Posting Nudes

In most cases, the persons arrested for breaking the law haven’t been convicted (yet). It’s also possible that the charges brought against them may be reduced or even withdrawn.MANHATTANWashington Heights: ‘Are You Here To F— The Girls?’: Cathouse Gatekeeper Caught Luring Johns in Undercover Sting To get to the fun palace (in the form of a shabby apartment’s backroom) you have to pay admission.And it varied. Cops busted a flesh peddler who allegedly profited from johns hoping to score with a woman. “Are you here to [expletive] the girls for the regular $400 price,” the 43-year-old suspect allegedly asked two undercovers posing as sex seekers outside an apartment building on West 144th Street back at around 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 25. “Or are you here for regular admission of $50 to enter and then be charged later based on what you want to do with the girls?”One of the undercovers made his intentions clear and handed $400 to the man at the door and they were let in. The one who offered the cash then sealed an agreement to “have sexual intercourse with a female in the back room of an apartment” for a slightly discounted rate of $350, according to the criminal complaint. A month later, specifically around 1 am on November 22 — the same pair reappeared at the doorstep of the same apartment complex and were met by the same hedonistic host. “What are you here for,” the suspect allegedly asked. “Are you here for the girls?”He continued to inquire about their poisons either seeking “regular admission” or a “package deal with the girls?”This time one of the undercovers plunked down $160, the papers say. The same suspect apparently bragged about his station at the establishment. He allegedly told the undercovers, “This is what I do, these are my girls.”The suspect was then put into custody and brought up on promoting prostitution.Lower Manhattan: Hat Heister Racks Up Another Bust Warning Shop Clerk ‘I Am Going To Kill You’ A knife-toting kleptomaniac hurled threats at store workers for a handful of hats. Late morning on November 13, the 57-year-old menace stormed into the Loknath Gift Shop located at the base of the SoHo Garden Hotel on Broadway and Canal Street. Witnesses saw the suspect waving a knife and making threats to employees. “I am going to kill you,” he huffed to one of them, according to the criminal complaint. He then proceeded to nick five hats off the store’s display rack, tucked them in his mitts and then scampered away. Responding officers jumped into action and spotted the cap crook blocks away on Canal and Elizabeth Streets. They nabbed him and also recovered the accessory merch and the blade from his right jacket pocket. The suspect was charged with robbery (with a knife) and weapons possession. They checked on his past and the accused has at least one conviction for petit larceny from August 21 of last year.BROOKLYNBorough Park: Blackmailer To Woman: ‘Zelle Me Or I Will Send The Video Out’He made good on his threats to splash out a woman’s nudes for all to see.A 22-year-old scumbag demanded a woman pay up or sensitive pictures of her would be exposed for all to see. The early riser (because extortion doesn’t keep cushy hours) allegedly sent text messages demanding wads of cash, according to the criminal complaint.It was around 7 am on November 23 when the waking woman received a most vexing missive: “Give me money. Zelle [sic] me, Zelle [sic] me, or I will send the video out.”It was understood that by “video” it meant releasing to public eyes her intimate footage. To appease the blackmailer, the woman transferred $800.It must not have been enough. Because the suspect allegedly uploaded the video online anyway. He allegedly sent it out through a messaging application, text messages, Go Chat and Instagram, the complaint states. Authorities came down on the exposer with charges of grand larceny (to get property through extortion), public display of sexual material and aggravated harassment (threat and physical contact).Greenpoint: ‘I Was Burning Stuff On The Stove’: Firestarter Snared Torching Kitchen He massacred the napkins.Just before sun-up on July 29, a miscreant was caught in the act of smoking out a floor after allegedly setting fire to a stack of tissues. At around 4:45 am, the concierge of a posh residential building on Box Street near Manhattan Avenue dashed over to peg the source of the smoke. The specific apartment was breached and there was the tenant brewing up a barnburner. He was allegedly kindling “tissues stacked on the stove burner,” according to the criminal complaint. When confronted, the alleged 40-year-old pyromaniac replied, “I was burning stuff on the stove.”The tissue barbecue fest caused extensive damage to the stove and the kitchen countertop, the papers say. Months ticked away and it wasn’t until November 19 until formal charges were brought against the suspect. He was hit with arson, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. BRONXKingsbridge Heights: ‘I’ll Go Get My Gun and Come Back,’ Said The Brute To the Bodega Clerk Before Returning With a Pretend Gun and Grabbing Real Register Cash He came for a cold beverage and some munchies and then left — only to return with a real-looking gat and some fighting words. The 43-year-old entered Sammy’s Grocery on the late afternoon of January 4. He allegedly brought to the counter of the joint located on East 194th Street and Marion Avenue with a bottled water and two snacks. He and the clerk squared off over some sort of gripe and that inspired the suspect to declare he’d be returning extra heavy. “I’ll go get my gun and come back,” he allegedly snapped. He took his water and snacks and shortly returned back to the bodega. The suspect allegedly marched up to the clerk he was at loggerheads and raised his shirt. He then allegedly let the clerk know what time it was. He said: “The [expletive] you mean, ‘Why do I got my gun?’ I got my [expletive].”Once it was clear that the man was all business, he demanded whatever was in the till. “Now, give me my [expletive] money, bro,” he demanded. “I’m not playing with you.”Officers were quick to the draw and found the suspect in his car and after checking things out — they determined the pistol he drew looked like a bonafide 9mm variety. It was black, and had a slide on top of it. Only it was an imitation. Nonetheless, he was pinched for robbery (with a gun), criminal possession of an imitation/toy pistol, menacing, petit larceny, and harassment.Morris Heights: ‘Get Down Here’: Woman Summoned Enforcer To Neutralize RivalShe’s going down for the murder rap while another man, who allegedly fired the fatal rounds, remains outstanding. The 59-year-old suspect was charged with murder, manslaughter and weapons possession after she sought the no-mess hands of an enforcer.She and others jawing with a group of others outside of a home located on West 174th Avenue near Popham Avenue back at around 8 p.m. on November 23. As their clash intensified, the suspect allegedly dialed for backup.“You need to come downstairs,” she allegedly explained in the short call. “Get down here.”Her hero in arms arrived to the melee allegedly with gun in hand and pulled the trigger, felling one man, 24, in the clique with headshots. The struck man was rushed to BronxCare Hospital where he succumbed to the wounds and was pronounced dead.The woman and outstanding shooter are believed to reside several blocks from the crime scene, while the victim died across the street from his home.Prosecutors charged the woman and are prowling for the suspected shooter.QUEENSFar Rockaway: ‘I Fear One Day It Could Get A Lot Worse’: Mom Beats Pooch And Son With HeadphonesIvy wasn’t welcomed in her kitchen.The one-year-old pitbull (she’ll be two in April) allegedly parked just outside the doorframe to catch some Zs back at around noon on Feb. 25 inside their home located on Beach 19th Street near Everdell Avenue.The tips of her paws crossed into the kitchen slightly. But it was enough to cross the mother. And earned the poor pooch to suffer a severe pummeling.“She put her paws in the kitchen,” the woman’s son, 21, told the Sun.Were her paws muddy or wet? Nope.“Her paws are clean,” he explained, but acknowledged, “she just doesn’t want her in the kitchen.”The son explained how Ivy unfortunately picked the wrong spot in the house.“Think about the outside of your door,” the young man said. “And you know when dogs lie down – they put their paws out.”That was Ivy’s crime. The 42-year-old matriarch allegedly unleashed a hurt. She kicked Ivy and then took hold of her younger son’s over-ear headphones and whacked the dog, causing her to suffer a bloody lip and cut over her eye.“This is just, um, I would put it as stuff like this is bound to happen,” he said. ”I’m trying to get out of here because I fear one day – it could get a lot worse.”Only he’s finding it hard to secure a place on his own right now. “The way this economy works, you know, it’s hard to do things by yourself,” he admitted.She allegedly weaponized the headphones (which belonged to the man’s younger brother) again, and struck him “several times” to his head. The attacked young man admitted that the clobbering he and Ivy suffered wasn’t an anomaly. In fact, he claims that his mother has been abusive since “when I was about eight years old and older.”And according to him, the lashouts are often fueled by booze.“She’s an alcoholic,” he admitted.Cops arrived early the next morning and took his mother into custody for torturing Ivy, failure to provide substance, assault, aggravated harassment, and harassment.Attempts to reach the arrested mom or her attorney were unsuccessful.As far as Ivy’s recovery, the son said, “She’s all right. She’s fine.”Asked if he is recovering from the confrontation, the son was more concerned with Ivy, noting, “I could care less about myself.”Jamaica: Ex-Con Swears ‘To God’ Loaded Gun In Target Shopping Bag Isn’t HisHe had quite the come-to-Jesus. A 26-year-old man was gobsmacked when he had to explain why a Taurus 9mm semi-automatic pistol was found inside of a red bag he claims he innocently dropped off and went to retrieve. It was about 5 am on November 24, when the accused was walking his pooch, Rhino, down Waltham Street. He allegedly dropped off a red Target shopping bag at the home nooked by Barnes Avenue. Then he walked on with his dog and returned to retrieve it. That’s where police officers met the suspect and discovered the loaded heat along with a sweater, socks, and cell phone charging cables, according to the criminal complaint. “I don’t have a gun on me, officer,” he allegedly explained. “I can show you my pockets; I don’t have a gun on me.”His attempt to convince the cops clearly wasn’t working. After a pregnant pause, the suspect asked: “Why are you coming at me like I have a gun on me?“I swear to God I have no gun on me.”The suspect, who was convicted three years ago for (can you guess?) possession of a firearm, is therefore forbidden from packing. Pressed about what might be recorded on surveillance footage, the suspect tried to suggest, yes, he had a red bag that he carried. And yes he was walking with Rhino and “dropped my bag off there” and he said he was “coming back for it.”Why would he leave the Target bag? He claims it was to leave it with “one of his bros” and that he had set off to spend some quality time with a galpal. “I dropped it off because I was going to link with my shorty,” he allegedly told the cops. The bag, the sweater, socks, the phone charger — all his, he insisted. While supposedly lingering around for “one to two hours” to recover the bag — he claims the pistol mysteriously appeared like an immaculate conception. “I don’t know why the gun was in my bag,” the confused suspect told cops. He was taken into custody (and hopefully Rhino was walked home) to be brought up on weapons possession and for being caught as a felon with a loaded firearm. STATEN ISLANDTompkinsville: Coke and Crack Dealer Caught in Undercover Stings, Counterfeit Oxycodone Pills in Sneaker Claims ‘My Mom Has a Prescription for Them’A suspect dope pusher was nabbed pushing coke and crack twice to undercovers.The 39-year-old was taken away on January 6, after allegedly tendering two deals being watched by the cops. The first sale of coke took place in October. And the second deal was made in November involving crack.Cops moved in on the suspect at his alleged territory and fitted the perp in bracelets.Once in custody, cops searched him and learned he had been safely keeping white pills marked “230” in his shoe. When pressed about the provenance of the pills, the perp allegedly admitted he lacked a legitimate prescription.But he didn’t hesitate to place blame on his mommy who apparently was into popping painkillers.“I have an Oxy in my shoe,” he allegedly volunteered. “My mom has a prescription for them.”Edwin Markham Gardens: Cop-Fleeing Sap Sends Ex Lover Surly Texts Reminding Her ‘I Shot Somebody in My Own Crib’He isn’t goofing around. A 28-year-old has found himself in a heap of trouble after taking cops on a car chase when they pursued him for blowing a stop sign.The suspect was driving along Broadway near Castleton Avenue back at around 8:45 am on November 6. He racked up a series of infractions starting with failing to come to a halt at a stop sign. Officers pursued him and he was finally reeled in and found he was driving without a license.As he was being booked – for fleeing police in a motor vehicle and disobeying a traffic device among other crimes — he also allegedly taunted an ex-fling. The man allegedly had been sending text messages to his onetime lover and she reported him to the cops.That’s because they were disturbing and possibly actionable.“I don’t care about your N-word, I don’t care who you are,” the text reads. “You know I shot somebody in my own crib — what the [expletive] you think I’ll do?”After announcing his taste for violence, the suspect doubled down.“Stop playing with me,” states another. “Word to my daughter’s life, don’t drop my [expletive] off; I promise you I’m gonna crash out.“And I don’t care about jail.”He allegedly closed it out with yet more invective. “So let me know if this is really what you wanna do. Real [expletive]. Bet. Say less. I will slap the [expletive] out of you. No remorse. I don’t care about no mace [sic].”The receiver was fearful the man would make good on his big talk and so she reached out to authorities. They caught up to him in the car and after the wild goose antics — he was hauled away.He now faces the driving raps along with aggravated harassment (threat) and harassment.
