ŠUMIT GANGULY AND S. PAUL KAPUR

Mr. Ganguly is a Distinguished Professor of Political Science and holds the Tagore Chair in Indian Cultures and Civilizations at Indiana University, Bloomington. He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.Mr. Kapur is a professor at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a Visiting Fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution. From 2020-2021, he served on the State Department’s Policy Planning Staff.
