PROSPECT PARK The Prospect Park Alliance presents the “Prospect Park Ball,” a black-tie event to benefit the restoration of the park’s woodlands and nature trails. A congressman for the borough’s 11th district, Major Owens, and the Starr Foundation are featured honorees.
