ACTORS’ EVENING Billy Crystal will accept an award for artistic achievement at a black-tie gala for the Actors’ Fund of America. Presenters include Liz Smith, Melissa Gilbert, Larry Keith, trustee Lynn Redgrave,and the president of the Actors’ Fund, Brian Stokes Mitchell. Neil Sedaka joins a small cast to perform in the “Broadway Sings Sedaka” tribute. IMAGE INSTINCTS Isaac Mizrahi, Damon Dash, and Princess Yasmin Aga Khan are among the honorees at the American Image Awards, presented by the American Apparel and Footwear Association. Christie Brinkley is mistress of ceremonies, and presenters include David Hyde Pierce and Kevin Bacon. Proceeds go to the Alzheimer’s Association and to the AAFA’s educational programs. SINGING AND SUPPER Tenor Salvatore Licitra and soprano Sylvia McNair join the Collegiate Chorale in a black-tie benefit concert for the chorus’s education programs.
