TAPPED IN National Tap Dance Day is tomorrow, and dance producer Laraine Goodman celebrates by organizing her annual Traffic Jam Tap Jam and Show. The outdoor celebration features performances by tappers Michela Lerman, Hank Smith, Megan Haungs, and Michael “Toes” Tiranoff. Tappers of all ages and skill levels are invited to join in the jam. Friday, 6-9 p.m., The Hub, 517 Broome St. at Thompson Street, 212-475-0588, free.
