THREE CHOREOGRAPHERS The Cedar Lake dance ensemble program “Dream Collaborations” features new works by guest choreographers Nicolo Fonte and Emily Molnar and the company’s artistic director, Benoit-Swan Pouffer. CREATION STORY Ballet Biarritz presents the American premiere of “Creation,” artistic director Thierry Malandain’s ballet that covers world history, beginning with Adam and Eve, and ballet history in just over an hour. Historical figures such as Isadora Duncan and Loie Fuller make appearances. The work is set to Beethoven’s “The Creatures of Prometheus.” Through Sunday, 8 p.m., the Joyce Theater, 175 Eighth Ave. at 19th Street, 212-242-0800, $40.
