HOW DO YOU SOLVE A PROBLEM LIKE MARIA? Joe’s Pub presents Doug Elkins’s Dancemopolitan troupe, which performs “Fraulein Maria,” a kinetic work inspired by the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical “The Sound of Music.” Because of its innovative approach, Mr. Elkins’s choreography may not be appropriate for children under 10.
