LOCAL FLAVOR The Philipsburg Manor historic site in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., presents a “Green Corn Festival,” celebrating the Hudson River area’s Native American heritage. Perfomers Leaf Arrow and the Buffalo Creek Dancers, and storyteller Joe Cross are featured.
