BEER AND GOOD CHEER
A beer-pairing dinner weds a five-course meal made with New York ingredients with a series of unusual brews. Pairings proceed from light – seared tuna pastrami with Om megang Witte Ale – to heavy – caramelized bananas with Three Philosophers Quadrupel.
