TO-DO: TORTILLAS Learn how to make your own tortilla at a hands-on tortillamaking class conducted by Dija Amer and Greta Dana, the chef-owners of the Williamsburg taqueria Taco Chulo. WINE AND DINING The Biltmore Room offers a five-week series featuring fivecourse wine dinners, which pair various wines with dishes by chef Gary Robins.
