FOOD CHAIN The Fales Collection at New York University presents “From There to Here: The Chains & Systems of Food” as part of the Critical Topics in Food discussion series. Participants include a professor at NYU, Marion Nestle, a chef at Blue Hill restaurant, Dan Barber, and a manager at NYC Greenmarkets, Gabrielle Langholtz. Today, 4 p.m., NYU, Bobst Library, 70 Washington Square South, between La Guardia and University places, 212-992-9018, $10 donation suggested, free for NYU students, faculty, and staff.
