BURGER HEAVEN The New York Sun has the perfect idea for an adventure tonight: Head to any (or all) of the joints mentioned in the Sun’s latest burger survey, on page 16. Erin Lindholm compares cooked-to-order burgers to those served at restaurants that make burgers only one way, disallowing the choice of doneness. The trip will keep you on your feet — but pleasantly full.
