UNITED Marilyn Nonken performs a program of works by composer-pianist Frederic Rzewski.The 1975 composition “The People United Will Never Be Defeated!” a set of 36 variations on a Chilean tune, features a newly commissioned cadenza by Ethan Iverson. PRODUCER ON STAGE Jon Brion, who has produced Fiona Apple and Aimee Mann albums and scored the films “I Heart Huckabees” and “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,” performs his own songs at a solo show.
