AFGHANI SOUNDS The World Music Institute presents a concert of folk music from Afghanistan. Popular singer Vaheed Kasimi, who comes from a famous family of musicians, joins Quraishi, who has helped rekindle interest in the rubab,a short-necked lute that is the national instrument of Afghanistan.
