SPANISH STEPS A walking tour of Spanish Harlem includes stops at the childhood homes of Burt Lancaster and Tito Puente, the spot where Mayor La Guardia held his first election-eve rally, the site of the first “mambo wars,” the Graffiti Hall of Fame, and other historic spots.The tour, which is presented by the New York Open Center, ends with lunch at a traditional Latino restaurant. Saturday, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., meet at 96th Street and Lexington Avenue, 212-219-2527, $30 general, $24 members.
PERMANENT RESIDENTS A Big Onion walking tour of Green-Wood Cemetery features stops at the graves of DeWitt Clinton, Louis Comfort Tiffany, Leonard Bernstein, and John “The Soda Fountain King” Matthews. Saturday, 1 p.m., Green-Wood Cemetery, meet at main entrance, Fifth Avenue and 25th Street, Brooklyn, 718-768-7300, $15 general, $12 seniors, $10 students and New-York Historical Society members.
