A 9-year-old boy’s leg was amputated yesterday after pieces of a parapet from a building in the Bronx fell on him, according to hospital sources.

Another boy, 12, and a woman were also injured when bricks fell from the building on Grand Concourse at 183rd Street in the Fordham section of the Bronx.

The three victims were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital. The two boys were in critical condition and were later transferred to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, a hospital official said. The incident happened at around 8 a.m. and was still being investigated, according to fire department officials.
