The lullaby of Broadway will continue on the Great White Way. The local union, 802, representing musicians who play in Broadway theater orchestras said yesterday that they signed a three-year contract with a theater-owners association. The contract by the American Federation of Musicians and the League of American Theatres and Producers was approved following a meeting earlier this month. “With Broadway experiencing steady growth, we are heartened that the producers have acknowledged the invaluable contribution that musicians make, to the success of their productions,” the union president, Mary Landolfi, said.
