Deaths Announced Of 2 City Soldiers

The military announced the deaths yesterday of two New York City soldiers serving in Iraq.

Lance Corporal Angel R. Ramirez, 28, of Brooklyn, was injured during a non-hostile incident in Al Qaim, Iraq, on December 21. He was evacuated to a Marine base in Twentynine Palms, Calif., where he died February 21. The incident is being probed.

Private First Class Le Ron A. Wilson, 18, of Queens, died July 6 of wounds suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle.
