Police Respond to Shooting Outside Madison Square Garden

Police responded to a reported shooting last night outside of Madison Square Garden after the city ‘s high school basketball championship, police officials said.

At least four arrests were made after a dispute between students from the two high schools, Boys and Girls High School from the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn and Lincoln High School from the Coney Island section of Brooklyn, unraveled on the street outside of Madison Square Garden, police said.

The championship game marked the fourth meeting between both teams this season.
