An employee of the city’s much maligned child welfare agency has been charged in an indictment with having sex with a fourth underage girl, a friend of one of the two daughters he admitted raping, a prosecutor said in court yesterday.

An assistant district attorney, Karen Friedman-Agnifilo, disclosed the fourth girl at the defendant’s state Supreme Court arraignment on an indictment that charges him with 181 counts that include incest, rape, sodomy, and related crimes.

Ms. Friedman-Agnifilo said the fourth victim came forward after the 41-year-old employee of the Administration for Children’s Services was arrested on charges of raping his two daughters and his girlfriend’s daughter.

The prosecutor told the court the ACS employee, whose name is being withheld by the news media to protect the identities of the girls, admitted having sex with those three girls but never mentioned the fourth.
