Ms. Fixler is a research fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and deputy director of FDD’s Center on Cyber and Technology Innovation. She works on issues related to cyber-enabled economic warfare, the national security implications of cyberattacks on economic targets, adversarial strategies and capabilities, U.S. cyber resilience, and offensive and defensive tools of economic coercion.
