SHORT STUFF Filmmaker Jeff Scher presents a screening program that features selections from his experimental animated work. A reception follows. The event is the last in the summer series “Short Attention Span Cinema.” Mr. Scher’s short animated films have been screened before feature films all summer long at the theater.
