VINES AND BIRDS New paintings and works on paper by Anju Dodiya are on display at Bose Pacia, a gallery specializing in contemporary South Asian art. The works on view were inspired by sources including Gujarati folktales, Japanese prints, and Greek myths. The exhibit includes the charcoal-and-watercolor series “Secret Garden,” which portrays heads sprouting leaves and vines that threaten to choke them. Ms. Dodiya was born in Mumbai, India, where she currently lives and works.
