NEO-KON-TIKI Adventurer and writer Jon Turk reads from and discusses “In the Wake of the Jomon” (McGraw-Hill), his exploration of the 3,000-mile path taken by Kennewick Man, a Jomon man whose skull was discovered on the banks of the Columbia River in 1996. Mr. Turk retraced the 9,500-year-old journey in an open boat, to Alaska from Japan by way of Siberia and the Bering Strait.
