OPEN HEARTS BAMcinematek screens the best films of 2004 as chosen by the Village Voice. Up first is David O. Russell’s zany Zen mishmash “I ♥ Huckabees,” which explores nihilism and big-box department stores with equal fervor. NORDIC NIGHT “Gjest Baardsen” (1939), the next film screened in a series of Norwegian cinema classics, tells the story of a folk hero whose help-thepoor methods are similar to Robin Hood’s. Tancred Ibsen, the grandson of both Henrik Ibsen and writer Bjornstjerne Bjornson, directed the film. Tonight, 6:30 p.m., Scandinavia House, 58 Park Ave., between 37th and 38th streets, 212-847-9746, $8 general, $6 members. Note: The film is in Norwegian with English subtitles.
