TUSCAN TUNES
The Tuscan Sun Festival in Cortona, Italy, inspired a concert of works “celebrating Tuscan living.” The New European Strings Chamber Orchestra performs a program that includes Nina Kotova’s “The Tuscan” and Tchaikovsky’s “Souvenir de Florence.” The author of “Under the Tuscan Sun” (Chronicle), Frances Mayes, participates in the program. PLUGGED IN
Juilliard’s Music Technology Center presents “Beyond the Machine 3,” a concert of electronic and interactive music.
