KLEZMER AND MORE Accordionist Art Bailey and his Orkestra Popilar perform the music of Romanian cymbalom player Joseph Moskowitz, a blend of Eastern European Jewish music and gypsy string tunes (7 p.m.). Afterward, Yale Strom and Klezmer “Con” Fusion take the stage (9 p.m., $10). Both concerts: Tonight, Barbes, 376 9th St. at Sixth Avenue, Park Slope, Brooklyn, 718-965-9177.

SILLY SLIDES Rocker Corn Mo, who sports a blond mullet and jams on the accordion, opens for the equally goofball Trachtenburg Family Slide Show Players. The band is led by Jason, who sings, plays keyboards, and tells rambling stories. His preteen daughter Rachel plays drums, and wife Tina operates a slide projector filled with images from other people’s vacations and basements that illustrate the band’s songs. Tonight, 8 p.m., Tonic, 107 Norfolk St., between Delancey and Rivington streets, 212-358-7501, $12.

BIRD SONGS Indie rock elder statesmen the Wrens perform this week. Morningwood, Army of Me, and Say Hi to Your Mom are the openers. Tomorrow, 8 p.m. doors open, Bowery Ballroom, 6 Delancey St. at the Bowery, 212-533-2111, $15. Note: 18 and older.

JAZZ HARP Colombian harpist Edmar Castaneda fronts a six-piece jazz band. Tomorrow and Saturday, 8 p.m., 10 p.m., and midnight, Sweet Rhythm, 88 Seventh Ave. South, near Barrow and Bleecker streets, 212-255-3626, $20 admission plus $10 drink minimum.
