STARRY JAZZ Jazz lovers can enjoy live music, tapas, and wine under the stars at the American Museum of Natural History. Trombonist Wycliffe Gordon and his quintet are the next performers in the series. VITAL ORGANS A festival of concerts, lectures, and symposia commemorates the 25th anniversary of the death of Virgil Fox, one of the most popular organists of the past century. Performers include Hector Olivera (Friday, 8 p.m., Church of St. Paul the Apostle, 59th Street and Columbus Avenue, $25, $15 seniors and students) and Douglas Marshall (Saturday, 8 p.m., Church of St. Mary the Virgin, 145 W. 46th St., $25, $15 seniors and students).The final concert employs a digital organ that allows Fox to perform Bach posthumously (Monday, 1 p.m., Trinity Church, Broadway and Wall Street, free). TAHITI TROUBLE The Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts presents Leonard Bernstein’s one-act opera “Trouble in Tahiti.” Michael Barrett serves as conductor, with stage direction by Peter Kazaras. The cast includes Rosa Maria Pascarella, James Martin, and Amy Synatzske.
