CHRISTMAS WITH SINATRA The Monty Alexander Trio celebrates Christmas with the songs of Frank Sinatra. Mr. Alexander is on piano, Hassan Shakur is on bass, and Herlin Riley is on drums, with a different special guest each night. … BUT HE PLAYS ONE ON STAGE Jazz pianist and singer Doctor Gabs and his band perform the final concert in his 2005 tour. The program includes swing, blues, jass, and boogie woogie tunes by Louis Armstrong, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Glenn Miller, Thelonious Monk, Cole Porter, Fats Waller, and Doctor Gabs himself. LOVELY NIGHT Kelly Briggs and Jerry Christakos perform in a one-night-only staging of the musical comedy “Lovely,” a campy tribute to cabaret, film, fashion, and Broadway history.
