PORTRAIT COLLECTION An exhibit of more than 120 vintage and contemporary photographs depicting images of artists is on display. The works in “Portraits of Artists,” which employ wideranging technical and formal approaches, come from the Rex Capital collection in Rhode Island. Above is Janine Antoni’s “Tangent” (2003) and at right is Tom Friedman’s “Untitled, Colored Horizontal Stripes” (1998). The exhibit also includes works by Richard Avedon, Constantin Brancusi, Sophie Calle, Larry Clark, Ed Ruscha, and Cindy Sherman, among others.
