TROMBONE TALES Longtime booking agent Peter Levinson discusses the music and personal life of big band trombonist Tommy Dorsey. WHO’S WHO Director and film historian Peter Bogdanovich discusses the life and work of the actors he worked with, including Marlon Brando, John Wayne, and Marilyn Monroe. ITALIANS ON STATEN ISLAND The director of Staten Island’s Garibaldi-Meucci Museum, Emily Gear, conducts a guided tour of the museum with a focus on the roles Italian-Americans have played in the development of Staten Island. The tour is followed by a discussion conducted by borough historian Dick Dickenson. The event is part of the Historian’s Roundtable series sponsored by the Staten Island Institute of Arts & Sciences.
