CROWDED MARKET The nonprofit apexart presents a conversation with a technology and culture writer, Jeff Howe, who discusses the rise of “crowdsourcing,” a term he coined for a new form of corporate outsourcing to pools of unwittingly volunteer labor, as with eBay.”Phantom Captain: Art and Crowdsourcing” is a related, ongoing exhibit which features projects by Mr. Howe and a performance artist, Miranda July.
