PAINT ON STAGE
“Deco Diva” opens tomorrow, the first play in the “Brits Off Broadway” series at 59E59 Theaters. Kara Wilson portrays Polish artist Tamara de Lempicka, a figure in 1930s Paris. During each show, Ms. Wilson paints a portrait that audience members can buy at the end of the evening. BASEBALL TROUBLE
“The Information She Carried” tells the story of a possibly cursed baseball. David Williams’s play tells the story of a conspiracy theorist who attempts to steal the “Chapman Death Ball,” convinced that it holds otherworldly powers.
