SEA CHANGE Peter Dizozza’s musical “The Sea Heiress” is about how “the righteous shall control the seaports of Hamburg and Williamsburg, while the bulk of the population remain landlocked.” Williamsburg residents engaged in a battle with the city over the neighborhood’s waterfront will surely sympathize.
