BURIED TREASURE Sam Shepard’s “Buried Child,” which won the 1979 Pulitzer Prize, is produced by the White Horse Theater Company. Set in rural Illinois farm country, it follows a family whose repressed calm is shattered by the arrival of two estranged relatives. Cyndy Marion directs. KENNEDY ONSTAGE “RFK,” a play written and performed by Jack Holmes, tells the story of Robert F. Kennedy after his older brother was assassinated in 1963. Larry Moss directs. REMIND ME AGAIN The new musical “I Love You Because” follows a greeting card writer, played by Colin Hanlon, who must navigate the New York dating scene after his longtime girlfriend cheats on him. The show, which is currently in previews, is billed as “a genderreversed modern day musical retelling” of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice.” Ryan Cunningham wrote the book and lyrics, and Joshua Salzman wrote the music. Daniel Kutner directs.
