HELPING VETERANS “Broadway to Baghdad,” a night of screenings and live performances, is presented by the Vietnam Veterans of America and the Vietnam Veterans Assistant Fund. THE PENTHOUSE New York City Center presents the opening of Paul Rudnick’s comedy of manners “Regrets Only,” about marriage and friendship among a high-powered Park Avenue social circle.
