INTERNATIONAL FLAVOR Anne Washburn’s “The Internationalist,” staged by the Vineyard Theater, follows an American businessman as he meets a female colleague in a foreign country. The play is directed by Ken Rus Schmoll, and featured actors include Annie Parisse (“Law & Order”) and Zak Orth.
