FRANKLY, SCARLETT … Gaff Tape Productions presents Karen Wheeling-Reynolds’s “The Scarlett O’Hara Complex,” a play about an upper crust, smalltown Southern woman who is rattled by her husband’s infidelity. The director of the show is David Reynolds. Featured actors include Dianne Steele, Kathy McGrady Moffett, and Beth Livingston.
