CHURCH SPLENDOR An architectural tour goes inside Our Lady of the Scapular & St. Stephen’s Church, once the city’s largest congregation with more than 24,000 parishioners. The self-guided tour includes a onehour video, and experts including architectural historian Francis Morrone will be on hand. Participants are welcome to stay for the 12:15 p.m. Mass. Today, 11 a.m.-noon, meet at St. Stephen’s Church, 151 E. 28th St., between Third and Lexington avenues, 212-439-1049, $12 general, $10 members.
